TSRF proudly supports four rescue groups in Texas. We provide funding for their "Special Needs Scotties" that require over and above ordinary veterinary expenses. They may require surgery, heartworm treatment, dental procedures and/or treatment for various other medical conditions.

If you are interested in adopting a Scottie from one of these four groups, please complete the TSRF application and it will be forwarded to the appropriate group(s). If you live outside Texas, please visit the Scottish Terrier Club of America (STCA) for the names of rescue groups around the country. These groups, like TSRF and the four rescue affiliates in Texas, have agreed to and follow the STCA Code of Ethics and the STCA Rescue Code of Conduct.

Our three Texas affiliates usually adopt no further than the adjoining states of Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico, but sometimes even only in Texas.
