Texas Scottie Rescue Fund, Inc. accepts donations year-round and is an IRS non-profit organization 501(c)(3). Therefore, your donation is 100% tax deductible as allowed by law. TSRF is a volunteer organization with no employees and minimal cost-of-business expense. The majority of moneys raised goes directly to supporting Special Needs Scotties through our four Texas rescue affiliates.
